Renova Mobile Detail – Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
Deposit amount: $50
Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
The deposit will be applied toward the final service total.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to full service charge at the business’s discretion.
One-time rescheduling is allowed if notice is given within the required timeframe.
3. Arrival & Access
Clients must ensure the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time and location.
If we are unable to access or service the vehicle upon arrival, it may be treated as a no-show.

4. Service Conditions
Final pricing may vary based on the actual condition of the vehicle (excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, etc.).
Additional charges will be discussed before proceeding with the service.
We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or beyond reasonable scope.
5. Weather Policy
As a mobile service, appointments may be rescheduled due to severe weather conditions (rain, storms, etc.).
We will communicate promptly to arrange a new appointment time.
6. Personal Belongings
Clients are responsible for removing all personal items and valuables from the vehicle prior to service.
While Renova Mobile Detail maintains the highest level of integrity and professionalism, and will take every reasonable precaution to respect and protect items within the vehicle, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings left inside.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive for high-quality results. If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any issues.

8. Payment
Remaining balance is due upon completion of service.
Accepted payment methods: [Cash, Zelle, Cash App, Card, etc.]
Late payments may result in additional fees.
9. Liability
While we take the utmost care, Renova Mobile Detail is not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage to the vehicle
Wear and tear, scratches, or stains that cannot be removed
Any concerns must be addressed before service begins.
